Tradeshows Equal New Product Announcements

Joseph, Gottlieb, CTO, Tuesday July 27, 2021

It’s been a long time since I have been at a live tradeshow! The first one that we have coming up is the Advanced Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo August 30th through September 2nd the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, California. From an engineering and technology standpoint, tradeshows are great because they give companies an opportunity to announce new products and show them to the public. Given the pent-up demand for live tradeshows over the past roughly year and a half, I expect that ACT Expo will see a LOT of new product announcements from a variety of companies in the clean transportation industry – I guess we will find out in five weeks!

One thing you can count on at the ACT Expo will be an exciting new product announcement from Rhombus Energy Solutions! It has been roughly six months since we made our last new product announcement (the UL 2202/2231 and CSA 22.2 certification of our RES-D2-CS20 remote DC fast charging dispenser). While I am not going to give you any hints on our ACT Expo announcement (press release will com out on Thursday August 26th!), I will tell you that if you are in Long Beach at the end of August/early September, you should DEFINITELY come by the Rhombus booth to see our new product. We will have the actual product at the show in Booth 1807 and if you stop by, I or one of the other Rhombus team in the booth will be happy to walk you through its features. If you want to meet with us, please send us an email at In any case, I am personally looking forward to this launch and talking to potential customers!
